How we handle data

Belldaxana LLC builds privacy-aware software for patient-reported digestive context and pre-visit signal summaries. We use a minimum-necessary approach: collect only what is needed for a clear purpose, keep the public website business-focused, and treat health-related app data as sensitive.

The product is personal wellness logging and pattern-support software. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage medical conditions.

Public website

The Belldaxana website is for business, design-partner, support, and privacy communications. Do not submit patient information, symptoms, medical history, photos, appointment details, or other personal health information through the public website or email links.

If you email us from this website, we may receive your email address, name, organization, role, and the contents of your message. Please keep messages business-focused unless we have created a specific support or clinical workflow for your situation.

Cloudflare hosting and website analytics

The website may be hosted, secured, and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare services can process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device metadata, request URL, timestamps, security events, and performance information to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and operate the service.

Belldaxana does not use advertising pixels, cross-site advertising trackers, session replay, chat widgets, or patient intake forms on this public website. If Belldaxana enables Cloudflare Web Analytics or a Cloudflare performance-measurement snippet, the intended use is aggregate website measurement and performance monitoring, not advertising, patient profiling, or health-interest targeting.

Digestive-health app data

The app is designed to store food logs, stool logs, symptoms, daily context, profile/preferences, and derived evidence/cache locally on the user's device by default. Exported files are created locally and shared only through the destination the user chooses.

Food and stool photos may be referenced locally when saved. If a user chooses AI-assisted food or stool analysis, the app may compress the selected image and send it with limited task context to a Belldaxana backend/proxy for AI processing. AI outputs may be wrong or incomplete and are personal logging support, not medical interpretation.

Support, diagnostics, and feedback

If a user chooses to send support feedback or diagnostic information, the information they send may be reviewed to troubleshoot the app. Product events, crash reports, or cloud diagnostics are used only if a release build enables those transports and the behavior is disclosed. Diagnostics should be redacted, local/share-first, or disabled unless an approved transport and consent path exists.

How we use information

• To respond to business, support, privacy, and design-partner inquiries.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and related services.
• To provide local logging, review, export, and optional AI-assisted app features.
• To troubleshoot issues when a user chooses to share feedback or diagnostics.

Sharing and service providers

Belldaxana does not sell personal data and does not use app or website data for third-party advertising. Data may be processed by service providers that help operate hosting, security, email, backend/proxy, AI processing, support, or diagnostics, depending on which features are enabled.

User-controlled exports are shared with the destinations the user selects. Belldaxana cannot control how those destinations store or use exported files.

HIPAA and clinical partners

The public website is not intended to collect protected health information and is not presented as a HIPAA-regulated clinical system. If Belldaxana works with a covered entity or handles protected health information on behalf of one, that workflow must be governed by the required contracts, security review, vendor/subprocessor review, support process, and data-flow controls.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on the user's device until cleared, uninstalled, exported, or affected by platform storage behavior. The clear-local-data control is intended to remove saved logs, profile, preferences, and evidence/cache, while some non-log app preferences or developer settings may remain. Clearing local data removes saved photo references, but does not prove deletion of photo-library files, app cache, backups, temporary files, shared exports, or files saved by other services.

Website email inquiries remain in Belldaxana's monitored email systems until deleted according to operational needs or an applicable request.

Security and breach notice

Belldaxana aims to use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and workflow. No website, app, email system, device, or service provider can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If Belldaxana determines that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, it will provide notices as required.

Your choices

• Do not submit patient information through the public website.
• Use manual logging paths when camera or AI assistance is not desired.
• Use app export and clear-local-data controls when available.

Children

The website and current public materials are not directed to children. Do not submit information about children through the public website.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website, app, support process, analytics, or pilot workflows change. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date or last-updated date above.
