Medical and emergency boundary
Belldaxana support does not provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, supplement advice, nutrition prescriptions, or urgent symptom guidance. If symptoms are severe, sudden, persistent, or worrying, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For a medical emergency, call emergency services.
Do not send patient information
Do not send patient information, symptoms, medical history, photos, appointment details, or other personal health information through the public website or general support email unless Belldaxana has created a specific approved support or clinical workflow for that purpose.
Reporting an app issue
If you are a tester reporting an app issue, include the build version, platform, device/OS if comfortable, what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you allow diagnostic log review. Keep the report focused on the app behavior and avoid sending information you do not want reviewed for support.
Response expectations
We try to review support messages promptly, but response times may vary. Belldaxana support is not a monitored emergency or clinical-care channel.
